They lived in New Hampton, Belknap County, New Hampshire, where in 1850, William was farming and Phoebe was taking care of the home and their 1 year old son, George.[3] William's mother Mary Dolloff-65 was also in the home. In 1860, William was working as a Stone Mason. George was age 10 by this time.[4] William was a Carpenter in 1870, and Phoepe was taking care of the home and their daughter, Eliza A. now age 9.[5]
In 1880 at age 64, they made their home in New Hampton, Belknap County, New Hampshire, where William worked as a Laborer, and Phebe was keeping the home.[6]
