Biography

Thomas Doman was born on 9 February 1876 at Caroline, South Australia, He was the son of James Doman and Harriett (Mewett) Doman.[1]

Thomas died on 8 May 1939 at Parkside, South Australia. He was 63 years of age.[2] Thomas did not marry, and no children are recorded.

The following notice was placed in the Border Watch (Mount Gambier, SA : 1861 - 1954) on 11 May 1939:

DOMAN

On 8th of May in Adelaide, Thomas, the dearly beloved son of the late Mr. and Mrs. James Doman. Aged 63 years.

The friends of the late Thomas Doman are respectfully informed that his remains were interred in the Mount Gambier Cemetery on Wednesday afternoon.[3]

Thomas is buried amongst family at the Lake Terrace Cemetery, Mount Gambier. [4]
