Fannie's birth information has been recorded in various documents as having occurred between 1840 and 1844. The marjority of written records indicate she was born in November of 1844.
According to the information she supplied for both the 1880 and 1900 U.S. Federal Census records, Fanny was born in England in November 1844 and both her parents were born in Ireland. She was alive at least until 6 June 1900 when she was listed on the census.
Frances Donahoe married James McNamara on 2 September, 1860 at St Peter's Roman Catholic Church.[1] They had nine children between 1863 and 1886.
Fannie died 30 December, 1908 at the age of 65, at 9 Label Street, Montclair, New Jersey, from adema of lungs due to arterio-sclerosis. She is interred at Mt Olivet Cemetery, Bloomfield, New Jersey, USA.[2]
