Residence: Menallen Township, Adams, Pennsylvania (Part of York Co., prior to 1800)

Will written: 5 Nov 1784

Will Proved at Probate: 9 Oct 1789

Wife Jane - 2 cows, horse, saddle, all sheep her current rooms and privileges in her house, for use during her widowhood.

James Gilleland - 100 pounds, 50 to be paid in 1790 and the balance the next year.

Samuel Gilleland - All the Plantation and Tract of land where John Gilleland resided at the time the will was written as well as the personal estate, but also the responsibility to pay all legacies outlined in the will.

William Gilleland - Right to a tract of land in Westmoreland County

Executors: Samuel and William Gilleland.^[1]

She passed away after 1789 when her husband's will was probated..
