He married Mary Andrews in 1815.[2]
They had 13 children; Anson, Roxy, Susan, Lorania (1817-1848), Elisha M (1818-1869), Luther (1820-1870), Titus Jr (1823-1826) Sylvia M (1825-), Anson (1827-1902), Eliza (1832-), Shaler B (1834-1849), Mary (1836-1852), & Amelia E (1840-1899)
Titus died in 1870.[3][4] He was buried at Mount Carmel Burying Ground, in Hamden, Connecticut.[5]
