What is the reliable source for "He died before 3 May 1688 in Anne Arundel County, Maryland."? This is a change from the previously listed date in the biography? It is also not reflected in the death data field.

Thanks for calling this to my attention. I have just cleaned up the profile a little and checked references. I've found no source for an exact date of death. The death had to have occurred between the time the will was made and the time it was proved. I've added a note to clarify that and changed the data field to reflect a "before" date.

I removed the middle name "Taunton" as there was no documentation a middle name was ever used, and middle names were rarely used in this time period.

Dorsey-1131 and Dorsey-271 appear to represent the same person because: duplicate husband of Sarah Richardson; father of John Dorsey
