The first five children above, Sally through Lorinda, were all born in Wilmington. The seventh, Ebenezer Kilby, was also born in Vermont. I have not found birth information for 6, 8 and 9. The only mention of 8 and 9 is Ellis' pension application, below.
At some point Ellis resides in Wardsboro, Windham, VT, according to his pension application. In the 1820 census, Ellis appears in Wardsboro.
<1829 move to NY
In the 1830 census, Ellis resides in Carroll, Chautauqua, NY. This move is confirmed by his pension application.

His Revolutionary War Pension application is on Fold3 here. It contains the following notable information:
Page 3-4: 29 Mar 1819 - Ellis Doty, aged 57 years, resides in Wilmington, Windham, VT. In Aug 1782 he enlisted in Hardwick MA. Jonathan Warner provides a deposition in support of Ellis' application.
Page 7: 13 Jan 1829 - Ellis has moved to Carroll, Chautauqua, NY. He moved there, from Vermont, because he has children living there [who?], and it is easier to make a livelihood there. (Also see page 13.)
Page 11: In 1820 he testifies "my occupation is that of a common laborer my family consists of my wife aged fifty years, my daughter Polly aged 22 years, Huldah aged 19 years, Lucinda [Lorinda?] aged 17 years, my son Ellis W. aged 13 years, Ebenezer K. aged 11 years, my daughter Electa aged 8 years & my son John F. aged 6 years." (The same information is copied more neatly on page 13.)
Page 12: Ezra Doty of Choconut, Susquehanna, Pennsylvania testifes in support of Ellis. [Is this Ezra Ellis' brother? Ezra's own pension application suggests that yes, Ezra of Choconut is Ellis' brother] In August 1782, Ellis resided in Hardwick, Worcester, MA. In August 1819, Ellis resides in Wardsboro, Windham, Vermont.
Page 17-18: Jonathan Warner of Hardwick, MA testifies in support of Ellis. [Perhaps this Jonathan is a first cousin - the son of Ellis' mother's brother Daniel.] Ellis resides in Wilmington, Windham, VT, in 1819. [Which is it, Wardsboro, or Wilmington? Wilmington is about 15 miles South of Wardsboro]
