Harvey Wallace Doub was born 21 July 1928 at Forsyth County, North Carolina, United States of America. He is the son of Jasper Newton Doub and Sarah Elva Hunter.

Page both residing at 181 Park Circle in Winston-Salem, North Carolina were witnesses to their marriage by Glenn E. Swain, a Baptist Minister. He was a resident of Pfafftown, North Carolina.

He married Wanda Mitchell. She is the daughter of Master M. Mitchell and Ethel Welborn.

Harvey died 18 March 2008 at Forsyth County, North Carolina and is buried at Doubs Methodist Church Cemetery in Pfafftown, Forsyth County, North Carolina.
