Wesley Tise "Budde" Doub was born 10 February 1955 at Pfafftown, North Carolina, United States of America. He is the son of Jessie Tise Doub and Mary Etta Mozelle Hunter.
He was 36 years old when he died 16 April 1991 at Forsyth Memorial Hospital, Winston Salem, Forsyth County, North Carolina. An autopsy was performed and cause of death was determined to be septic shock due to Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. He was cremated at Voglers Crematory in Clemmons, North Carolina and is interned at Elm Grove Methodist Cemetery, Pfafftown, Forsyth County, North Carolina.
Wesley lived with his parents at 5264 Seward Circle in Pfafftown, Forsyth County, North Carolina. He completed 12 years of school, worked as a clerk in a convenience store, and was not a member of the armed forces.
He never married.
