Marguerite was born 20 Jul 1764 and was baptized the next day in St-Pierre de Sorel. She was the daughter of Charles Doucet and Marguerite Landry. Her godparents were Nicolas Meneclier de Montrachand (?) and Thérèse Duchoquet widow Ladécouverte (signature). [1]
On 13 Nov 1809, in St-Joseph de Maskinongé, Jean Lampron dit Lacharité widower of Josephte Vanasse married Marguerite Doucet adult daughter of Charles Doucette and Marguerite Landry. Witnesses include the groom's brother, Alexis Lampron dit Lacharité, and the bride's father, one signature, Michel Doucet, possibly the bride's father or a brother. [2]
Marguerite Doucet, 73 year old widow of Honoré Lampron dit Lacharité, died 20 Feb 1837. She was buried 2 days later in St-Joseph de Maskinongé. [3]
