It is very unlikely this woman was in Acadie to be married there in 1598. Few men were there during the early explorations, and unlikely any European woman was there to marry and settle there.

The U.S. and International Marriage Records is considered an unreliable source by the Acadians Project.

While I can't see THIS ancestry tree as it's behind a paywall, I can see several family trees with similar information.

One of the few sources is a plaque mentioning the families residing in Acadia iin 1671. She died (supposedly) in 1628, so not a source for her.

That same profile has her married to both Jean Gaudet and Martin D'Aussy in the same year. Also her mother Marguerite Cormier died in 1698. Then she is married to Jean Gaudet in 1628 and again in 1765. Her mother is married to Martin Daussey (supposedly one of her spouses) in 1598.

The first known Doucet in Acadie was Germain Doucet, married in 1620. He had no child named Marie Anne, according to White. The first known Marie Anne Doucet in Acadie was born in 1661 to Pierre and Henriette Pelletret.

The first females to arrive to settle in Acadie came in 1636 on the Saint Jehan. This would have been an arrival after her death.

Conclusion This woman, if she existed, lived only in France. She is likely an amalgramation of several people, including possibly her mother.
