William (Douglas) Douglas IIIrd of Drumlanrig is a member of Clan Douglas.

William Douglas, 3rd of Drumlanrig was born in 1440. He was the son of Sir William Douglas, 2nd of Drumlanrig and Jane Maxwell.<^[1][2]

He married Margaret Carlyle, daughter of Sir John Carlyle^[1][3] They had issue:

1. William Douglas, 4th of Drumlanrig^[1][3] - died 22 Jul 1484

William died in 1464.^[3]
