Douglas-5441 and Douglass-3498 do not represent the same person because: Profile is no longer open. I'm sorry.

Pre-1500 and pre-1700 certifications are required. I think you can become the profile administrator, but I'm unsure how.

these profiles are both open for Editing and therefore merging. They require Pre-1700 certification, but I do not understand why you rejected this proposal. I don't see your name as a PM. Did you find a problem with the proposal?

Douglas-5441 and Douglass-3498 appear to represent the same person because: comparing the 3 children in the bio to those linked in the other profile, 2 of them are an exact match. The 3rd is different, but if 2 are the same they are probably the same. The profile of Andrew is being merged since it is a duplicate on each father.

There is considerable doubt about Lord Archibald Douglas (one s more likely than two ss). It changes back and forth on Andrew Douglass tombstone the Inscription reads

s/o Lord Douglass. 40 yrs old
