Eva Ellen (Dove) Anderson (1875 - 1965)

Biography

Eva was born in 1875^[1] and baptised in Eastrington in 1877. She was the daughter of James Dove and Ann Fowler.^[2]

The Dove family lived in Normanton, Yorkshire, in 1881^[3] and in Morley, Yorkshire, in 1891. Eva worked as a cloth weaver.^[4]

In 1897 Eva married Walker Anderson.^[5] The family lived in Drighlington, Yorkshire, in 1901, when Walker worked as a coal merchant.^[6] In 1911 he was a farm horseman and Eva worked as a weaver.^[7]

Walker died in 1929 at the age of 53.^[8] Eva died in 1965 at the age of 90.^[9]
