There has yet to be found an original source for Zaccheus' death but the general theory is he died sometime in the 1870s and likely in Indiana since it was the last place he was living. The "History of the Brigham Family" by W.I Tyler Brigham lists his death in Seotember 1876 in Sullivan, Indiana. His FindAGrave profile lists a death date of September 1876 in Sullivan, Indiana but there is no original record listed to corroborate the information.
