James was born about 1720 in Ireland.[1]
He married Janet Montgomery in Aug. 1739 in Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts.[1]
James died on 28 Oct. 1776 at Lower Truro, Colchester County, Nova Scotia, Canada.[1]
James was born about 1725. He was the son of Unnamed Father Downing and Wife Unknown. He passed away in 1776.
