Biography
Phoebie was born in 1917. Phoebie Downing ... She passed away in 1958. [1]
Can you add any information on Phoebie Downing? Please help grow her WikiTree profile. Everything you see here is a collaborative work-in-progress.Phoebie gave birth to nine children. On the day of her passing, she lay sick in bed and said to Thomas, her son, come lie with me, and Phoebie moved the blankets one side for him to lie next to her. He then spoke to her and received no reply. He then went to tell the other brothers and sisters that Mom had passed away. The day Phoebie was buried, it was raining.
