Biography
Rachel was born about 1764. She was the daughter of Thomas Downs and Gulielmus Gooden.
She married Samuel Hinton on 28 Aug. 1792 in Bardstown, Nelson, Kentucky.[1] Their bond had been posted on 9 Aug. 1792.[2]
She passed away after 1840.
