Miriam D. Teller passed away peacefully on May 24, 2010, two days after her eighty-eighth birthday. She was born in Florence, SC and was a Jacksonville resident since 1963 and longtime resident of Fleet Landing. Mrs. Teller enjoyed collecting antiques, art and a lifetime of travel. Besides her family and friends, she had a special place in her heart for dogs. Preceded in death by her husband, Leslie Teller she is survived by her son and daughter, three grandchildren, and a great-grandson. She will be placed at rest next to her husband at Arlington National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Jacksonville Humane Society. Arrangements are under the direction of Hardage Giddens Funeral Home, 1701 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville Beach, FL.
