Research Notes
When searching for sources, I cannot seem to separate Dorothy Jean Wheeler from a Dorothy Jane Wheeler Houston, listed as daughter of Randolph Wheeler and Joyce Suprasan, on the marriage to Omer L. Drach in 1946. I suspect the information was either given incorrectly or misunderstood by the clerk at the time the marriage license was issued. It appears that the family members in their family trees are treating that record as the marriage record of Omer and Dorothy Jean Wheeler, daughter of Walter Wheeler and Hazel Veeda Joyce Galloway. [1][2] I am having not finding any records for a Randolph & Joyce Wheeler. BJS
