Biography

George was born in 1882. [1] [2] He is the son of Israel Dragon and Anna Hebert. He married twice. He married Ida Mae Gettys daughter of William John Gettys and Mary Jane McCrea, this was her second marriage. [3] After his first wife died he married Ella McFadden on 13 Dec 1924 in Plattsburgh, New York. [4]

He was a retired Delaware and Hudson Railroad Corporation Telegrapher, having 30 years of service.

He died on the 11 Jul 1950 at the Champlain Valley Hospital in Plattsburgh, New York following a two week illness. [5]
