Research Notes

This data from Find A Grave needs to be confirmed.

He was the son of William Drake and Susanna Harlow. As of the 1820 Census, he was living in Sharon in a household containing 1 boy under 10 years old, two men between the ages of 26 and 45 (who probably worked in agriculture), two girls under 10 years old, and two women between the ages of 16 and 26.[2] As of the 1830 Census, he was still living in Sharon, probably with his son William; his daughters Harriet, Susan, Sally, and two unknown; and his wife Merede.[3] At the time of his death, he was a stone cutter in Sharon, Massachusetts. He passed away in 1842 of consumption and was buried at Dry Pond Cemetery in Stoughton, Massachusetts.[4][5]
