William Frederick Dray was born on 29 Aug 1859 at 14 Upper Fant Rd., Maidstone, Kent, England to William Dray and Anne (Mason) Dray. His birth was registered in the 3rd quarter of 1859 in the Maidstone, Kent registration district.^[1]

In the 1861 Census William was aged 2 and living with his parents and younger sister Annie Elizabeth Dray in Upper Frant road, Maidestone, Kent ^[2]

Died in Cornwall Hospital
