Gregoire Drouillard was born in 1843. His parents were Simon Drouillard and Rosalie Emery. ^[1] He lived with his parents and siblings in Ecorse, Wayne, Michigan in 1850.^[2]

Gregory enlisted in 1861 in Ecorse. ^[3]
