Elizabeth died and was buried in Robert Early Cemetery, Wofford, Whitley, Kentucky, United States.^[1]

Elizabeth Dryden was born in 1787 in Washington County, Pennsylvania, the younger of two known children, both daughters, David and Mary Buchanan Dryden.

On 10 December 1810, when she was in her earlier twenties, she married Robert Early in Bristol, Sullivan County, Tennessee. She bore him four known children, one son and three daughters:

1. David Early
2. Mary Early
3. Barbara Early
4. Eliza Early.^[2]

On 9 November 1861, when she was in her mid-seventies Elizabeth died of unknown causes in Whitley County, Kentucky.^[3]

Elizabeth's grave is in Early Cemetery, Whitley County, Kentucky.
