Evelyn Dryden married Gerald Ernest Thubron August 29, 1931, in Steyning, Sussex, England.[1] Their son is English travel writer and novelist Colin Thubron, their adopted daughter is Sarah (Thubron) Streeter, biological daughter of singer Rod Stewart and Susannah Boffey. She passed away in 1992.[2]
