Notes
Caution: No Brother Named Richard Duckett
Numerous genealogies show Richard Duckett to be the son of William Duckett of Wiltshire, England, and his wife Elizabeth Henshaw. A plaque in Kensington Church, London carries an inscription which proves that William and Elizabeth Duckett of Henshaw had only one son named Lionel and did not have a a son named Richard.
