Biography

Sarah Elizabeth Duckett was born 17 Dec 1809 to Richard Belton Duckett and Mary Whitmore in Buncombe County, NC. She married Horace Ulrich Keener 22 Oct 1829 in Jackson County, NC and together they had 11 children. Sarah died 10 Jan 1905 in Qualla, Jackson County, NC and was buried beside her husband in Campground Cemetery. [1]
