Biography
When Minnie Swink[1] (Elizabeth Summers?) Duckworth was born on April 8, 1873, in South Carolina, her father, Benjamin, was 40, and her mother, Catherine, was 29. She married Baxter Baker Gossett in 1889. She suffered a cerebral hemorrhage and died on April 5, 1933, in Spartanburg, South Carolina,[2] at the age of 59, and was buried in Woodruff, South Carolina.[3]
