Clarence, the son of Jess Ducummon and Sarah Waldrop, was born 1919 in Tulsa Oklahoma. By 1940, He was married to Crystal and had a son, named Clarence. They lived with his parents at 1434 East First Street in Tulsa, Oklahoma. [1][2][3]
