Biography

John was born in Georgia in 1823. He was the son of Ignatius Dudley and Sarah Holland. He was married to Levina America Davis and together they were parents of eleven children. They were early settlers farming in Choctaw, Mississippi. By 1880 they had moved their family to Tennessee. John passed away in Benton Tennessee in 1886 at age 62.
