Harriet was born in 1836 in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.[1][2] Her parents were Jesse Duffield[1] and Sarah[1], his wife, possibly nee Toy.
She had sisters Arcanath and Lacy.[1]
Harriet passed away on April 10, 1898.[2][9] She was buried on April 12, 1898 at Northwood Cemetery in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.[2]
