Simon Dufour was the son of David Dufour and Charlotte Pothier.[1]
He was born February 24, 1808[1] in an area of the Madawaska Settlement known today as St. David, Madawaska, Maine.
Simon died July 31, 1884, and was buried at the St. David Cemetery in Madawaska, Maine.[1]
