Marguerite Dufour, Madame Prejean, was born on 15 October 1777 in Saint-Martin, Île Jésus, Province de Québec, a daughter of Louis Dufour Dit Latour (1749 - 1809) and Francoise Angelique (Dautour) Dufour (1751 - 1813).[1]
