Dugas-1424 and Dugas-650 appear to represent the same person because: Same date of birth. According to a reliable family tree, Louis Dugas was married twice. Elize Louvrière was his 2nd wife.

Hi Jeanne,

According to genealogist Karen Theriot Reader, Elise was married to Pierre Louis Dugas, son of Louis Dugas and Constance LeBlanc, widower of Clarisse Broussard, in 1844. Could you verify your sources? I couldn't access your family tree because it is private. Presently, her husband Pierre Dugas is connected to a father (Pierre) but no mother. Do you have a name for her? The father Pierre is connected to Charles Dugas who is not known to have a son named Pierre. If you agree with this, then this Pierre would need to be removed from his father, and merged with Pierre Louis Dugas. Thanks!
