Biography
John was born about 1855 to the farmer William Duggan. He was also a farmer.
He married Anne Gallagher in 1904. By 1911 they had had one child who did not survive infancy.
He passed away in 1931.

Roosky is a townland in County Donegal in the Barony of Raphoe North and Parish of Raymoghy. The Parliamentary Division is East Donegal and it fell under the Poor Law Union of Letterkenny. The District Electoral Division (DED) was Kincraigy.
