In 1861 William Duggan (age 15, Errand Boy) lived at St James Place in Plumstead, Greenwich, London with his father William (46, Chelsea ...[Pensioner?]), mother Mary (37), and three brothers: John (8, Scholar), James (6, Scholar), and George (4, Scholar).[2]
In 1871 William Duggan (age 25) was with the Royal Navy At Sea and in Ports Abroad.[3]
William Duggan married Caroline Moseley in 1872. The marriage was registered in Woolwich in the second quarter of the year.[4]
William and Caroline had two sons:

In 1881 William Duggan (age 35, Stoker Royal Arsenal) lived at Hudson Rd in Plumstead with his wife Caroline (34) and son William (8, Scholar).[5]

In 1901 William Daggan (age 55, Stoker Stationary Boiler) lived at St James Place in Plumstead with his wife Caroline (54).[6]
William's wife passed away in 1905.
In 1911 William Duggan (age 65, Out Of Work Stoker) lived in Woolwich.[7]
William Duggan passed away in 1916, aged 71 years. His death was registered in Woolwich in the third quarter of the year.[8]
