Biography

Elizabeth was born in 1831. She was married to Thomas Bloodworth in 1847.[1][2] She passed away in 1903.[3]

Research Notes

Her memorial on Find a Grave has linked her parents as Green Duke and Nancy McKee.[3] While they are buried in the same cemetery, no records confirm the parental relationship. If true, she could be one of the daughters listed at age 5-9 in the 1840 census. Additional evidence may come from her marriage record, which lists John E. Duke (possibly her older brother) as the J.P.[1]
