This individual, Thamar (Duke) Jones, has been proven through yDNA study at ftDNA to be part of group 2, aka, Isle of Wight Co VA Duke Family, not the Henrico Co VA Duke Family as previous published documents showed. As of 08/19/2020, the earliest known Isle of Wight Co VA ancestor established is John Duke Sr..
