Biography

John was born in 1860. He is the son of John Dunagan and Mary Logan. "Annuls of Platte County Missouri" by Paxton gives birth as 28 Sep 1869 birthplace as Pettis? Platte County. His Obit names birthplace as Richmond, Va and age 77 years at death ( If not a typo in the paper, This would make his birth year ca. 1856, I've only seen 1860 and later. ) I have a writing desk into which is burned/carved without quotes -- "1899" and " JOHИ R D"
