OBITUARY
MR. JOHN DUNCAN
Mr. John Duncan, a member of a very old and highly respected district family, died in the Glen Innes District Hospital on Saturday afternoon, aged 63 years. The late Mr. Duncan followed farming and grazing pursuits in the district for very many years.
He is survived by his widow and family. The funeral took place on Sunday afternoon to the Presbyterian portion of the local cemetery, following a service at the Cameron Memorial Church.
The funeral was largely attend ed. Members of the Loyal Hand of Friendship Lodge, M.U.I.O.O. F., were pall-bearers, and the Lodge service was read at the graveside by P.G. Bro. H. T. Clark, Rev. J. M. McDonald officiating. R. T. Lightfoot and Co. had charge of the funeral arrangements.
