Kentucky Marriages, 1785-1979, database, (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:FW19-Q2Z : 11 May 2022), John Dunkin, 1811.

Duncan-13249 and Duncan-4591 do not represent the same person because: The John Duncan who died in Daviess Co KY in 1847 is not the son of James Duncan of Bourbon Co KY. He is the son of James Duncan of Breckinridge Co KY who died there in 1817. The two James Duncans are often confused by researchers because of their ages, but they are two different people with different wives, families, etc.
