DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Mary by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Mary:
Duncan-2128 and Duncan-6078 do not represent the same person because: From what I can find, the Mary Duncan in my tree was the daughter of James Duncan and Elizabeth Strode. She married John Cabell Breckenridge on March 13, 1810 in Bourbon County, Kentucky., and died in 1818 in Bourbon County, Kentucky. The only fact that corresponds to the other profile is the birth date, which is on her grave stone with the death date of 1818. I don't think they represent the same person.
