Biography
When Phoebe Spangler was born in 1790 in Virginia, her father, George, was 27, and her mother, Mary, was 22. She married three times - first to Miles Robert Duncan in 1806 in Wilkes, Georgia; second to Nathaniel Gammage and last to Joseph Williams. She died about 1850 in Cartersville, Georgia, at the age of 60.

His marriage record found in GA has a different last name for Phoebe. Was he married to 2 Phoebes? I think we both need to do some more research
