Biography

Newton was born in 1850. He was the son of Green Duncan and Amanda Jeffers.[1][2]

Newton Duncan married Martha Ann Jeffers November 6, 1870, in Scott County, Tennessee, USA.[3] They lived in Scott County, Tennessee.[4][5]
