DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Thomas by comparing test results with other carriers of his ancestors' Y-chromosome or mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Thomas:
Is there a source that Rachel's husband was Thomas Dungan? Based on the wills found here: http://haygenealogy.com/hay/sources/bucks-wills.html It seemed more likely that she had married David Dungan sr. since her brother Cornelius mentions nephew David and his son Cornelius Dungan, matching a known son and grandson of David Dungan sr. When David died his wife was listed as Mary, but based on her will she was his second wife and not the mother of his children. Also this http://www.earljones.net/aqwg7757.htm website had Rachel marrying David, though unfortunately without sources. I think based on the wills she should be connected to David (Dungan-35) unless there's some other source for her marring Thomas.
