Biography

Rebecca was b. in 1847, Franklin Pulaski Missouri to John Dunlacy and Susannah Carter (we have not comfirmed Susannah's parentage). She first appears in the 1850 census with her family in Franklin Pulaski Missouri. census taken 16 November 1850 ^[1]
