In the Name of God I William Dunlap of West Pennsborough Township Cumberland County being very sick and weak of body but of Perfect mind and memory thanks be to God Calling to mind the mortality of my body and that it is appointed for all men to Die I do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament that is to say principally and first of all I Recommend my Soul to the hand of Almighty God that gave it and my body the Dust to be buried in a Decent manner at the Discretion of my Execs nothing Doubting, but I shall Reserve the Same again by the Mighty Power of God and as touching my Worldly Estate do bequeath it after the following Manner.
First that my funeral Charges with my Lawful Debts be paid of the whole head(?).
Imprimus I do Bequeath all my land and Saw Mill and the Money the Saw Mill gained to my Sons John and William Dunlap; said John and William shall at their own cost build a sufficient F-lling(?) Mill and Provide Sufficient Tools for said Mill and give to Robert Dunlap and shall be his portion. Said Mill to be built in Two years from my decease. Said Robert to Remain under John’s Jurisdiction that aforesaid two years and no longer.
Item I do Bequeath to my daughter Mary the Black Mare.
Item I do Bequeath to my Daughter Sarah the Indentured girl Martha, it’s my will (?) my Moveables be divided in Six Equal Parts after the aforementioned items Given and Equally Divided to my Wife and John and Robert and Mary and Sarah Dunlap and over and above the Sixth Moveables it is my will that My Wife have sufficient maintenance of John, William, and Robert Dunlap (in) her life time if she remains a Widow, but if she marry she shall have no longer Maintenance.
I Constitute and ordain my Whole and Sole Exeters, my Sons John and William Dunlap. I do hereby make void and disannul all other Wills and Testaments by me made or ordained and all other (?) by me Bequeathed
I do Publish, Announce and Declare this to be my Last Will and Testament and pronounced this Twelfth Day of June 1759.

Be it remembered that on the 8th day of September 1759 Letters Testamentary used in Common Form to John and William Dunlap in said Will Named Inventory to be Exhibited on or before the 8th day of Oct next and of the Administration rendered when thereunto required Given under my hand and Seal of Office Haram Alricks[1]
