Albert was born in 1843, the son of Charles Dunlap and Hannah Arthurs. He married Margaret Martha McKown in 1862 in Knox County, Ohio. He was a pastor at many churches throughout Ohio, Indiana and New York. He passed away in 1917 and is buried in Green Lawn Cemetery in Columbus, Ohio.
