He was living with his widowed mother in Prairie, Washington, Arkansas in 1880.[1]
He married Annie Kate Pennel on 30 Jan 1898 in Muskogee county, Oklahoma.[2] They had children.
They were in Hulbert, Cherokee, Oklahoma in 1910.[3] They were in Wagoner county, Oklahoma in 1920 and 1930.[4][5]
He passed away in 1939.
